⇒  Ratio of TN : TS = 1 : 2

[tex] \dfrac{TN}{TS} = \dfrac{MN}{RS} [/tex]

[tex] \dfrac{1}{2} = \dfrac{MN}{2b-2a} [/tex]

[tex]2MN = 2b - 2a[/tex]

[tex]MN = b - a[/tex]

Answer: b - a
