The glaister equation is just one formula used to approximate the postmortem interval. if anna had died outside instead of inside her air conditioned house, would the glaister equation be an appropriate model to use to determine her time of death? The Glaister equation would be appropriate if they found her not that long from the time that she died, so the inside of her body probably would not have enough time to heat up.
The Glaister equation would not be appropriate if they found her body long from the time that she died, so ambient temperature would heat up inside of her body.

The Glaister equation would not be an appropriate model because the outside temperature was higher than body temperature and Anna's body temperature would not have lowered nearly as much as if it had been in an air conditioned house.
