Point slope form is:
y - [tex] y_{1} [/tex] = m(x - [tex] x_{1} [/tex])
With [tex] y_{1} [/tex] and [tex] x_{1} [/tex] being the coordinate points, and m being the slope.
So the coordinate points are (4, -5), and the slope is -6 in this case.
So just substitute everything in, to get:
y - ( -5) = -6(x - 4)
Or
y + 5 = -6 (x - 4)
