Dear Friends,
Life in England in the 1680's is well. William Penn had been jailed again for preaching and spreading word of his religious beliefs. I do believe since he has good standing with King Charles II that he will again be released soon. He has hopes that his government planning will allow him to incorporate his religious beliefs. Many people are becoming attracted to England for freedom of religion and greater government tolerance.
Sincerly,
John Doe
