I would say B. Your ears can be usefull for hearing cars in your blind spot, but your eyes show you all of the other information you need. A GPS doesn't directly affect your safety, it just shows you where to go. Driving experience is helpful, but new drivers can drive safely just as well as some experienced drivers.
