The answer is 1/x+5.

To get this:
    x - 2          ⇒     x - 2      
x² + 3x - 10    (x - 2)(x + 5)
Cancel out any repeating factors. In this case, we have (x - 2);
     x - 2         ⇒       1
(x - 2)(x + 5)         x + 5
