When the baby is not ready to be pushed out, and it’s head isn’t in the right place so that it can be delivered safely, so the doctors tend to cut through the woman’s body to perform a safe deliver. Caesarean section isn’t as performed as using epidural and just pushing out the baby, since the baby usually has it’s head in the vaginal area as supposed to and rarely is misplaced.
