The line equation in slope intercept form, have the following form:
[tex]y=mx+b[/tex]Where m represents the slope, and b the y-intercept. To rewrite a line equation in standard form to slope-intercept form, we just need to "isolate" y on the left side of the equality.
We want to do that with our equation
[tex]-3x+2y=7[/tex]Doing this with our equation, we have
[tex]\begin{gathered} -3x+2y=7 \\ 2y=3x+7 \\ y=\frac{3}{2}x+\frac{7}{2} \end{gathered}[/tex]And this is our line equation in slope-intercept form.
[tex]y=\frac{3}{2}x+\frac{7}{2}[/tex]
