First, we need to know if we have a right triangle using the Pythagorean theorem

If we substitute the values of a and b and we obtain the value given of c we have a right triangle

[tex]c=\sqrt[]{48^2+55^2}=73[/tex]

As we can see we have a right triangle

Then we can calculate the

[tex]\sec (B)=\frac{1}{\cos (B)}=\frac{1}{\frac{48}{73}}=\frac{73}{48}[/tex][tex]\csc (B)=\frac{1}{\sin (B)}=\frac{1}{\frac{55}{73}}=\frac{73}{55}[/tex][tex]\cot (B)=\frac{1}{\tan (B)}=\frac{1}{\frac{55}{48}}=\frac{48}{55}[/tex]
