Radicals and simplification

Our plan is to remove the radical in the denominator of the fraction.

We know that

√3 · √3 = 3

Then, we can multiply both sides of the fraction by √3

[tex]\frac{24}{\sqrt[]{3}}=\frac{24\cdot\sqrt[]{3}}{\sqrt[]{3}\cdot\sqrt[]{3}}=\frac{24\cdot\sqrt[]{3}}{3}[/tex]

since

[tex]\frac{24}{3}=8[/tex]

then

[tex]\frac{24\cdot\sqrt[]{3}}{3}=8\cdot\sqrt[]{3}[/tex]

Now, we have the answer:

Blank 1: 8 / Blank 2: 3
