y= mx +b

y= water (gallons) , x= time (minutes)

And on this case m =-3

We can use the point( x= 4, y= -12) and we have:

-12 = -3(4)+b

b= -12+12=0

And the equation would be given by:

y= -3x

And replacing we got:

y(-5) = 15

9= -3x, x= -3

y(6)= -3*6 = -18

y(10.5)= -3*10.5= -31.5

And the table is given by:
