When we study personality, we do it in two ways- the study of individual differences, and the study of various environmental factors that contribute to influencing the personality of an individual.
According to the temperamental theory, there are four types of personality- sanguine, melancholic, choleric and phlegmatic. Along with that there are several theories that talk about an individual's personality for example, psychodynamic theory, humanist theory and the behavioral theory.
