Using the dimensions of the bedroom 3 inches = 9 feet

9/3 = 3 so 1 inch = 3 feet.

Multiply the inches of the kitchen by 3 to get feet:

2.5 x 3 = 7.5 feet

1.5 x 3 = 4.5 feet

The width = 7.5 feet
