don’t sleep in it, only bind for a few hours a day as it can seriously harm your body, so taking breaks while wearing it is a must.
don’t double bind, make sure you don’t bind for more than 8-10 hours a day depending on how tight it is. take some days off as to give your body a break.
and make sure when you start binding, you ease your way into it to get your body used to it! starting out the first couple days only bind for about 1-2 hours.
