And

Vol. Of a cone is 1/3πr2h

Therefore we can conclude that the vol. of a cone is one third the volume of a cylinder, give that their height and radius is same .

Meaning if the volume of the cylinder is 300 square units, then the volume of the former cone will be:

1/3 of 300 , that is 100 square units
