The trick here is that when ever you divide a fraction by another fraction, you must flip one of them (ex: 2/3 --> 3/2).

So, lets break it down:

First, you are dividing 8/5 by 2/3. Using the "flipping rule", we change 2/3 to 3/2, and since we flipped "2/3" we change the sign from division to multiplication.

Second, multiplying two fractions is very easy. We simply multiply the numerator of the first with the second, and the denominator of the first with the second. Here we go: 5/8 x 3/2 = (5 x 3) / (8 x 2) which is equal to 15/16.
