Anxiety can also motivate us to take action, such as when we realize we have an important deadline, and it can give us a bit of a thrill, such as when we ride a roller coaster or play a fast-paced competitive game.

Because a lot of people suffer from it, and nobody realizes that it actually hurts you.....you could run out of breath during a real anxiety attack and could pass out.....people make fun of people with anxiety like it's no big deal then they end up having depression which could lead to them taking their lives......people need to be shown that they are supported and that they aren't alone.....
