Greenies has 3 sticks. One stick measures 6mm. Another stick measures 9mm. The third stick measures 11mm. She needs to measure the length of the 4th stick so that it is exactly 14mm. How can she arrange her existing sticks to measure exactly 14mm

Line up the 6mm stick and the 9mm stick and make the 4th stick 1mm shorter than the combined two.
