1 ; if it was me I would allow my daughter so she can hear my voice and others   and dogs and animals and she can communicate better .

3; I never got that happen to me but I made one up. So as a little kid I was  one handed. I wanted to be a basketball player  . My friends said I can't be heard. I never make a shot. I made a shot then got hurt again then could not play any more . not really the best one i  did sorry

4 ; I say no because  anybody can learn both languages because  they are people who are born not learning English until the age of 8. By the way, me too . just practice it that all i have to say .
