If I were to dwell into this type of stuff, I would give charity and actually have the police "protect and serve". I would have it where if u were to make or through a yellow light or not have insurance because of financial issues, I would fine you to give charity to some people in need. I would not have you pay an unnecessary amount of money to a court while there are people are there in need of help.Also when you do charity do like God told us, give charity in secret. Matthew 6:3
