A table is cut and placed along a wall. After its cut, the edge along the wall is 6 feet. What is the area of the table after it's cut in half?
Please help! I'm confused
the table was most likely 6 by 6 before getting cut. that is an area of 36 you could half that making 18 or make one of the 6s a 3 so it is 3 by 6 after the table is cut.
