A typical housing requires the tenant to do the following:
1) to pay the rent on time.
2) to keep the surroundings and unit clean and in good condition.
3) should repair and pay damages in the unit.
4) to give the landlord permission to enter the unit as long as there's an agreement in cases there are some areas needed to be repaired.
