Well, I'm not quite sure which to choose because both A and B are correct in their own way. For A, everything is true about the statement except for the fact that the aided Asia... The Marshall Plan only focused on Europe. For B, while helping Europe rebuild they in turn helped Great Britain. I would go for B, but it's your call.
