If you want my opinion, all these are a great thing to do.But

However answer B. Would be more reasonable to this question.

I believe D would be the answer, since gathering info from colleges around the country would enable him to show his audience what each college has to offer, and he would be able to talk more in depth about how college is beneficial for students in the long run.
