The answer is y = -2x + 4
First you would take the the y-intercept form. (y=mx+b)
And then plug in the slope so it’s:
y = -2x + b
After that plug in the x and y values from (0,4)
4 = -2(0) + b
Solve for b
B= 4
Now plug the b back into the equation along with the slope, and you should get:
y = -2x + 4
