Extroversion is the degree of sociability of a person. If a person is outgoing, talkative, prefers to be with other people most of the time, often shares his/her thoughts to others, then this person is most likely an extrovert. In contrast, a shy, reserved, and prefers to be alone rather than with other people most of the time is known as an introvert.

Meanwhile, agreeableness is another metric to define the personality of an individual. Some people easily agree and cooperate with others since they assume that people should be trusted, good-natured, etc. They tend to easily forgive others too. On the other hand, some people do not easily trust or agree with other people. They tend to judge other people easily and difficult to forgive if someone did something wrong to them.

A person who is responsible, has a good time management, and reliable is a conscientious person. The opposite of this is a person who easily gives up on tasks, procrastinates most of the time, has bad time management, and therefore is unreliable, is a non-conscientious person.
