I have been trying to lose weight and have tried everything basically and I am always stuck at home and can't go outside so their is no way I can excercise even still I tried to do it at home but slowly I started giving up because it was boring not fun but anyways that's not the end of my problem I tried to eat my breakfast and skip lunch because I know that I am not hungry and just because I am tempted I eat so what should I do!!!!!!

exercise while listening to your favorite music. This will make you confident! You should try going on a bike ride around your nieghborhood with friends or family. Maybe try eating lunch but a healthy luch. When you go grocery shopping pick out some healthy items or get vegan junk food,lol.
