Answer: A Scientific Theory.

A hypothesis is a set of predictions or possible explanation made to a scientific problem. The hypothesis may or may not be true and needs to be tested. It might be the answer to the problem. Hence, it must be tested thoroughly. When these predictions are tested again and again in independent scientific experiments and gets verified, the hypothesis is converted into a scientific theory.

After a hypothesis has been verified by a large number of independent experiments, it is referred to as a: theory.

In Science, a hypothesis can be defined as a testable explanation for an  observation or a scientific problem. Thus, a hypothesis is a tentative or an educated guess.

A common example of a hypothesis is the statement that, Corona virus is caused as a result of the introduction of the "5G" technology.

An experiment refers to an investigation involving the manipulation of an independent variable (the cause), so as to determine and measure the dependent variable (the effect) through a series of observation.

Hence, any hypothesis that is not supported by observations and the results of control experiments is ultimately rejected in science.

This ultimately implies that, a hypothesis is acceptable only when it is supported by observations and a large number of independent experiments, thereby giving rise to factual information, theory and a solution to a problem.

In conclusion, a theory is a hypothesis that has been verified by a large number of independent experiments. Thus, a theory comes after a hypothesis is verified by a large number of independent experiments.
