Using that explanation, we can say that Nina moves to Honolulu in Hawaii because the city has a low crime rate is an example of a pull factor of migration. We know this because it doesn't say Nina was robbed, but she will feel more secure if she lives in Honolulu because of the low rate of crime.
The other answer is Valerie is moving to New York from Alabama because of better wages. We see that Valerie wants to make more money so she decides to move from Alabama to New York.
