"Islamics" would not be a proper term to describe individuals that practice Islam, "Muslims" would be the proper term to describe an individual that practices Islam. Islam as other religions (Christianity, Judaism, etc.) is a monotheistic religion where the followers believe in one "God" referred to as "Allah" which means God in the Arabic language.
Allah is commonly mistaken to be a different God for Muslims; however, Allah is simply a word which means God in the Arabic language.
To answer your question, every day is a day to be considered for worship, while there is no specific day which Muslims consider to be their main day, but Friday would be the best day most Muslims come together to worship, there are also special religious ceremonies practiced on Friday's, therefore it is considered that Friday is the main day of worship for Muslims.
