For Discussion, find the Constitution at work today (can go back as far as 50 years if need be) and share with the class.  It does not have to be a court case, it can be an article that is in the news that shows the Constitution working as it should be or a situation where someone is challenging the Constitution.   Let the class know what part of the Constitution you are using and why you picked it.
